Am I the only one who think Vent Visors belong on trucks or your grandparents 4-door Buick along with a bug deflector? For on a Mustang, please just say "No" and keep you dignity.

no offense diver, but your opinion's a bit extreme. vent visors are not for decoration; they serve a purpose. many people, including myself, much prefer getting their outside air the old fashioned way - by rolling down the windows. granted, if they were huge, like the examples you've described, I wouldn't even consider 'em, but judging by the pic in that auction, they actually appear to be quite unobtrusive.

why do you say that? i do have them on my f150 and they work great. on my alloy with tinted windows they wouldnt stand out at all. they do serve a purpose and are functional, which is more than can be said for your hood scoop. no offense brother, just tryin to get my point across

No offense taken. It's just MY OPINION that things like vent visors, bug deflectors, mud flaps, cb antennas and running boards don't belong on Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers and the like. If you like them, I'm totally fine with that. They're just not for me.

just can't understand the need for letting in air through the windows while it's raining.

You do know that there is a filter for the air that comes in through the vents so the air should be cleaner, right?

Or are you a smoker?

I have them on three of my other vehicles and they do serve a good purpose. You can put the window down a little and allow air to vent while the car is parked in the hot sun. From the outside you can't tell that the window is down some plus if a rain storm comes up, you are covered as the vent visor will not let the rain in.

My advice for anyone seeking these is to make sure you get the kind that goes inside the window groove and not the stick on kind.
As far as putting them on my Mustang.....I don't know. I think it would look OK, but I don't have a need to put them on my car.
