Question Where did you guys run your iPod connection?

So I finally bought the P.I.E. FRD04-POD/S iPod interface so I can charge/control my new iPod Touch through the stock radio. Question is for those of you who have the same/similar setup, where did you run the actual plug that connects to the iPod? Sure I could throw it in the center console, or the glove compartment, but anyone have anything creative done? Let me know!

Sorry to hijack, but how much was it, and where did you buy it from??
BTW, to me the center console seems like the best place to put it.

thanx

I just ran mine down the middle into the center arm rest. The best looking and most logical place.

ran mine into the glove box. Hook it up and throw it in. you control it from the radio so you dont need to see or get to it.

Wow I wasn't aware they made this stuff, I might have to grab one of these. I would wire the bitch up and run the iPod connector into the glove box or center console, whichever I could get it into easiest.

Deekum, the controller he bought allows him to control the iPod through the stereo and charge the iPod. And it's better sound than you get out of the headphone jack.

I had mine set up in my glovebox. iPod only came out if I needed to add songs. But now that I did the iPhone, I'm going to get a mount between the vents in the center and just pull the cord out of the glovebox, that way it looks nice and clean when not in use.

Yea us 05/06'ers didn't get that option. Only upside is this kit charges it while its plugged in, allows full control through the factory stereo (gotta have AUX button), and displays text on the factory stereo as well (artist name, song, etc)
