Vs a 2001 S2000. Stock for Stock

I've been think about this since my friend just picked one up and has yet to shut up. One thing I'll give the S is that they are very light.

Exactly why he won't race me from a dig.

 

He shouldn't race you period, unless it is on a track, then if he's a good driver he will probably beat you around a track.

 

LOL, yeah you will kill him majorly from a dig. Also you know the power it makes it at red line haha. 240hp at 8200rpm so weak, and 160tq at like 6k or so. You will take it no matter where you are in your rpms, mustang has power in almost every range.

 

Yeah I beat a first gen S2000 by a good bit from about a 30-35 roll back when I was a stock automatic... and he got the jump.

Well it was more of a ricer-fly-by shut down.

You will get him with no problem and put lengths on him easy. Especially from a 45... that's when my car seems to pull the hardest to me.

 

as long as there isnt too many straightaways in the track. haha. But yeah they handle really good I cant deny that.

 

My car pulls the hardest from a 40 roll. So anywhere in there should be a sweet spot for you. I raced a Turbo'd S2000. Not sure what psi he was running (he wouldnt tell me) but absolutely murdered him. It was a 40 to 120ish run, couldnt even count how many cars I had on him.

LMAO!!!! They just cant boost that much they have like 12:1 compressino haha. Also I saw once on a ricer magazine, they built engine of a s2000 turboed it and ran a 13.9 LMAO!!

BTW, I looked into a s2000 forums once. Man this people are retards, they where saying that mustangs are a joke and how much faster and better their s2000 are. So many idiots out there.
