Red face A few things...and help needed

Hey folks,
well I completed my second car show last weeked and won participaints choice. I was super happy with that. There were about 200 cars there so I was pretty stoked. This make me 2 for 2 on the car show circuit hehe. I'm in my third show this weekend (all mustangs). After it is over I will post pics from all three shows.
I had a question for folks with viynal stripes. Mine have all these little embedded specks that don't come off. If I scath across them with my fingernail hard enough to remove them it feels like it's going to pull the vinal up. I think the trees next to the house have something to do with it. I started putting a cover over it (no room in garage the 65 coupe is in there being preped for paint) but I need to get these "specks" off. Any advice? Thanks!!

post some pics of the specks; might help us out a little in figuring out what to try. i don't, but someone may already know what the specks are; pics would help me to figure it out, though.

My wife parked under a tree and I saw these little clear spots..like mini tree sap spots. I tried my turtle ice detailing spray...nothing. I used my 50/50 vinegar water..BAM!. Then follow it up with the quick detailer spray. At least it worked for the spots I encountered.

I also use that mix to get the water spots off the windows...works better than windex. Of course, after the 50/50 mix...I follow up with windex.

Dumb question here, did you use the cider vinegar or clear, thanks
