Thanks for the info everyone. I am only worried about the SOB coming back a second time. I could see fixing it and next thing I know he'll come back and key it again. I can take it once, but the after a second time I am afraid I'll have to make a pot of coffee and wait for the SOB to try it again. The wife and I live in a apartment so there is no telling who it was.

Pascal, I was glad to see you chime in. I got the GT500 bumper installed I PM'd you about and it looks good thanks for the advice on that.

I think we need a support group for people with keyed cars....I'm thinking about drinking.

Get a deer cam and set it up right next to the car, that'll catch the SOB.

That's a good idea.

I got my car keyed except on the passenger side rear quarter. It was parked far away from work on a sh!tty street and I never found out either it was next to impossible. I don't **** people off either that I am aware of. I think someone just didn't like me that day.

I still have not fixed it because Its only on the quarter but the door has to blended too and anytime a car is repainted in a section like that you can tell teh color difference from the factory. Yeah it may be very very close as in anyone else would not even think about noticing that. However it doesn't sit right in my mind. So i am waiting till i can change to two tone and get the whole car done. Or just trade it in for an ecoboost.

I'd just like to say that I hope the coward who did that dies in a fire while getting anally raped by an escaped psychopath convict. Thanks.

what he said^^^^^^^^^^^^+a million my stang was keyed at my job on sunday 3 deep long gouges on my trunk lid all the way to the medal underneath unmistakeable for a key given the way the it feels to the finger very rough. Sorry to the op man I guess people get really jealous when they see our cars as this was the second major damage i've gotten at work in june someone punched the drivers side quarter panel of mine leaving a perfect indentation of their knuckles and an estimated $1000+repair

Man that blows. This kid I used to be good friends with took a knife to my back bumper and carved in 'f*ck you'. I didnt notice untill the next morning and I was pissed. Didnt take long to figure out who did it. Anyhow i went to his house and spoke with his parents and had them pay for a repaint. It took everything in me not to beat the **** out of him infront of his family. I decided however that doing something back right away was a bad idea but I've got a nice scheme set to go down in the future. It kinda sucks though because I guess people think that I forgave him and will leave him alone and ****, but i guess its all for the better when the **** does hit the fan. Best of luck catchin that bastard!

I agree 100%. My trust my bodyman's advice completely.....he's the bomb. I had the exact same thing happen to my car (I didn't take pics...couldn't bare to see my girl maimed like that). He took one look at my car and said "paint". He took everything off of my driver's side, sanded, primed and repainted. He said "buffing" would never correct it.

I was very sickened by the whole thing, but when I got my car back from Mark? It looked as good as ever!!!!!!! I only caution you on one thing...make sure your body man is the best. An awesome bodyman is damn near important as a good gynecologist.
