When I plug my mp3 player into my aux jack and press the aux button, it just says "no aux audio." I know it is the right connecting wire and my mp3 player works in other cars with aux inputs. What am I doing wrong or what is the problem? Thanks.

 

What year is your car? UNtil you let me know, try disconnecting the battery for a minute, reconnect and try again.
