I recently installed it a few months ago and soldered everything in and it went in perfect. I was a little concerned that since it's all mechanical that eventually it could go out but I think it's got a lot of life in it. The chase lights look so bad a s s btw... everyone loves them.

i installed it 2 months ago. i followed the directions exactly with no added soldering or tubing. it works fine. if you listen carefully you can hear the clicking of the black box when using your turn signals when driving. the directions also had a misprint but i was able to do it.

I just got mine from BlueOvalIndustries on sale for $124.00 and it was plug and play. Took about 25 minutes to install. They are great.
