Roush quarter louver issues?

Roush quarter louver issues?
I was washing the car the other day and noticed something new on the driver's side quarter window louver. If you look to the rear of the louver toward the top, there's a very slight dent. It's not overly visible, but running my finger over it I found indeed be real.
In addition, something I'd noticed previously, along the second and third slits in the same quarter panel louvers there's what appears to be a very slight crack in the paint toward the bottom of the openings. It's not as noticeable in the second slit, but you can definitely see it in the third one.
When I got my louvers done (June 2007 at a Ford Racing dealership), they initially had some paint specks and I had to take them back in for buffing. After that, they had some buffer swirls on them, and I had to take them in a third time. That time they finally came out perfect. But now they seem to be developing these little irritations.
Has anyone else experienced these types of things with their Roush quarter louvers? If so, what did you do about it? Thanks.

Bad prep, the paint's lifting.
It will only get worse with the CA sun...
Wait till it gets worse before you do anything, then take it back and have them strip it and start from scratch.
Good luck.

Ugh. I got them done in Texas when I was living there, too. I don't know what the solution for that would if they do get worse.

As if that weren't bad enough, I was looking at my passenger side louver a little while ago and it has what looks like a bubble underneath the paint. Obviously the paint is not sticking. I'm just going to call the dealership that did them up tomorrow and see what they will do. I'm certainly not going to drive to Texas to get them fixed, so hopefully they'll let me mail them and then they'll mail them back.
What do you all think?

Okay, so I contacted the dealership that did my louvers, and after a few days of back-and-forths they told me they decided to order a new set from Roush and then prep and paint them and then ship them to me. All I have to do is mail them back the old louvers via a pre-paid shipping label they will send me.
I think they exceeded my expectatins in this instance, and I'm glad they're taking care of their error. And a good thing, too, because the louvers are getting worse. And it's not just the driver's side... it's the passenger's side as well.
