Did you know that your 2005 Mustang is actually built by Ford's Auto Alliance International a division of Mazda. It's some weird quasi company owned by Mazda and Ford. Just interesting.

YES IT'S IN FLINT ROCK MI. FORD TRANSFERRED PRODUCTION OF THE MUSTANGS IN 2005 TO THAT PLANT BECAUSE IT IS MUCH LARGER THAN PREVIOUS PLANT. THIS WAS IN ANTICIPATION OF THE LARGE ORDERS THAT THEY ARE NOW SEEING.
Flat Rock....not Flint Rock.....
did you also know that many Ford Engines are now made by a joint venture called Nemak??? Not sure what the acronym means.....at the end of the day it's still Ford product, made by Ford...the money may flow through a company with a name *other* than Ford briefly..but it ends up in Ford's pocket....

You're preaching to the choir though...I've always been a GM guy...and I should be picking up my 05GT on Tuesday....and I'll be seriously looking at Ford for my next vehicle purchase int he spring(Assuming the service is satisfactory)
