So, you had the factory GT wing to start off with right? The new one is only held on with 2 sided tape? How exactly did you get the tape from the stock wing off? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get my facts straight.

By the way, car looks great.

Looks terrific. I'd kinda gone back and forth between ordering one of those, but ultimately I kept my stock GT spoiler. I think my car would look better with it, but then I'd have to have it striped somehow and the guy that striped my car is back in Texas. Plus, I'm probably going to evolve my car into more of a Boss 302 look so the stock spoiler will probably suit the look better anyway.

Thanks.
I did have the factory GT spoiler before changing to the GT500 spoiler. The GT500 spoiler is attached with double sided tape and 2 bolts (or 4 if you choose). Also, I used GooGone and patience to get the adhesive off of the trunk.

It is not as easy for you to change your spoiler as it was for me. Like you said your stripes would need to be redone. That in itself would keep me from changing spoilers.

New spoiler looks very nice a flowing with the car. Now you just need to finish updating thw signature, haha.

I'll be daring and give the GT500 spoiler with stripes a shot, hopefully will be able to put up pics next weekend (crosses fingers)

LOL...I know. I am doing it myself and finding time to work on it is difficult. Maybe I should just take of the "Signature under construction" portion.

You will be pleased with the GT500 look and having stripes makes it that much better.

Is the cowl on your hood around 3"?

Looks good, I liked how it looked without the spoiler better though!

I just took off my spoiler yesterday, and used GooGone
to remove the adhesive and kept rubbing it for half an hour
and nothing is coming off, what's the trick here?
