If the noise is a constant 'squeal' while you have the clutch pushed in, and then goes away when you let it out, it is more than likely a bad throw out bearing. Only choice is to replace it. If you are mechanically inclined and work on cars it's not a really difficult job. If it was me, I would also install a new clutch and pressure plate while it was out.

Or is it when your pushing the clutch in at a reasonable speed (not jamming it down) that is squeaks like it's not been oiled? I'm having the same problem. I think it's from humidity buildup inside the car. I'm going to put some silicon spray or W-D40 on it

If it's only when you press in the clutch AND it's coming from inside the vehicle, try WD-40 like CKurello suggested. Get a flashlight and get under the steering column and figure out where that bad boy is coming from.

Mine squeaks when I operate the pedal as well on occasion. Never bothered to do anything about it since it's intermittent.

My car has a sound like metal tapping on glass that is coming from the rear of the car. Been there since I bought it. We can't fix it. Ford's body shop tried to fix it. Noone can figure out exactly where it is but it sounds like it's from the rear parcel shelf area or up in that rear passenger side panel near the defroster hookup.

My roomate's 07 just started to make this noise as well.

These cars make noises. Rattles. Thumps. It's only gonna get worse as they get older.
