i did a gt500 front end conversion with HID dual beam headlights. Everything worked at first but now the left headlight is not working. I didnt get around to connecting the fog lamps and the connector was open under the radiator cover, and i think water may have gotten into the connector.

I pulled the fuses and nothing is blown. I also switched the hid relays and ballasts to the working side and they work, so its not the HIDs.

Anyone have an ideas of what i can try next?

Its still under warranty, but im pretty sure the dealer will say im on my own cause i changed the headlights and fogs.

 

did you also switch the bulb?

 

yea i switched the bulb also, that didnt work either. When i switch on the lights I can hear the right side fire up and hear nothing from the left. Im pretty sure there is no power going to the right side, but id have to get out a multimeter to know for sure.

 

hmmm, ya that would clear it up i think
