Which one did you order and what was your reasoning?

 

IUP because I wanted the gauges and computer.

 

Same as hawgman, even if the additional gauges aren't real gauges - more like idiot lights. Plus I like the aluminum dash trim.

 

When I ordered mine, the Interior Appearance Package wasn't an option, and I liked the way the Interior Upgrade Package looked. If I had it to do all over again, I would still get the IUP.

I got the IUP, because I didn't like the top of the dash looking so plain. I saw it in person once when I first went to check out a Stang, the car was nearly identical to what I ordered but was an auto and has the rear wing/leather seats and stripes. As far as the guages go, they seem pretty cool but I wouldn't have bought it just for that.

IUP for me... I love the satin aluminum accents and the gauge cluster. Plus, it was only $255 more than the ISAP.

While I was waiting for my car, a local dealer called me and said he had a Sonic Blue available. It had just about every option I wanted, except the IUP. I passed on the deal... I wanted it that much. Nuff said...

 

I passed up a Redfire GT exactly like the car I ordered except for the IUP. It even had the shaker 1000 and it just didn't interest me without the interior like I wanted. I figure if I'm going to pay MSRP I should have what I want. Fortunately for me, I liked the sonic blue as much as the redfire.

I ordered the IUP because I wanted the computer readout. The my color was a plus but it was not enough to influence my decision either way.

 

I know this is a dumb question but what is the Interior Appearance Package include? I have the IUP and i love it, but I also have the Interior Color Accent Package. Is that the same thing as the Interior Appearance package?
