I just took it to a local upholstery shop and they worked with me and did a pretty good job. I bought the fabric before at another shop.

the next thing Im going to do after covering the rest of the dash is paint the middle part and the console but Im not sure if I want to go cf or just black clearcoat

 

i did my custom center console in alcantara but i think i might actually do leather

 

that looks awesome. how much did the shop charge?

 

they charge $60 an hour minimum one hour but it didnt take them an hour but i had to pay the $60 anyways. the first shop I went to wanted like $90 to do it.

 

already ahead of you guys ideas...im doing my custom console in nice italian leather now as we speak

if i had a leather interior i would do that. but since i have cloth i was thinking about doing a simalar job but in fabric. maybe tweed, but i cant decide if thats to "ricey" or not. but it will defenatly be black if i do it, not bright neon green or toyota supra orange though.
