How do the rear seat fold down? I don't see any handles to levers to pull.

As for back seat comments, lol, there is enough room to lay down. Is that what you are asking?

Secondly, there is little straps to pull to get the seats to come down. I had to figure that one out so I could empty my trunk after my accident.

Ok, I know I'll never ride back there but just to see I'm going to sit in the back of my GT. Of course I'll have to get in on the passenger side, so as to not disturb the way I've got my driver's seat the way I want. We need a memory option on the power seats so they go back the way we had 'em.
I had my 2 nephews in the back (seats, not trunk!) and so I'm sure I'll need to bring a bottle of Meguir's Interior Cleaner and a rag! I just hope my chiropractor has an opening because I am gonna have to do some serious contortionist moves to get in there! Oh, and I'll need my cell phone in case I can't get out and need help! Boy, those seats better be comfortable if I end up waiting for the fire deptartment to exit me from the back seats!

Learned the back seat pull down thing the 3rd day i owned my car. Had it loaded to the gills for my trip to AZ. Comfort of the seats? hmmm I think the creature comfort in a stang has only really been built into the front seats. Am a short person so rear seats do look comfortable for short trips.

They really do look nice don't they?
But with the front seats in their usual position (all the way back) the passengers better have stick legs!
Maybe 3 inches of clearance?

Makes you wonder.....with such a small rear seat area is Ford heading down the path that will eventually
remove the rear seat....??????

Two Seater Mustang in the future?

I seriously doubt the Mustang will EVER go back seatless.

Mostly because the ding the insurance companies would give it if it ever bacame a 2 seat sports car.

and... it is tradition! Ford is pretty good about that!

I think ford should have made the T-Bird a 4 seater... they would have sold me one!

Yes they are, it's like sitting a cozy leather chair, you almost seem to melt back there, but your head is really close to the rear window, so if you hit a bump fast, bonk! Your sportin a knot.

... but your head is really close to the rear window...
People who have ridden in the backseat of mine say the rear window is like a sunroof to them.
