Default MMR Shortblock

Has anyone ever used a MMR shortblock? I am looking into getting a shortblock and it seems like MMR is a good company and priced well.

+1. But is it cheaper to go internals only vs. built block?
When it comes to labor and stuff, I would think they would be at the same range, or am I wrong?

/\ your correct. by the time your motor is pulled and the block is honed and reassembled, not much of a difference

+1 that's probably why, and depending on your area not all shops are competent enough for the build. It's still fun, and can come out pretty reasonable if you pulled the motor yourself
