Default Front Runner Skinnies

Does anyone know of some semi-inexpensive front runner wheels that will fit the front GT brakes? I know M&H makes tires for 17" front runner wheels in the bias ply design, but it's not so obvious who makes some fairly reasonably priced wheels.

I was told you need to have a 1" wheel spacer to run a 15" weld draglite up front (`06 Stang). I am not sure if thats the truth. If anyone knows please speak up...

They need to clear just the stock GT brakes. It wouldn't hurt to throw out the name of another set that can clear the GT500 brakes also, I'm sure someone on here could use that info.
