Program to design car?

Is there a program that doesnt cost a stupid amount of money were i could take a car model and change it up and add things to see how they would look (without being a computer MASTER) on my car?

either ponybuilder.com as was stated, or you could try your hand at AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Photoshop. those last 3 would take quite a bit of skill to get an accurate representation, though.

yep, to actually 'build' a car, you would need CAD software or have really 'uber' skills at photoshop (the CS versions not elements); and unfortunately, they cost $800 and $650. there might be free alternatives, but they might not be as good as you would need
