Amsoil 0w-30 signature series and amsoil synthetic filter. I go 10k miles between changes. Pay the $20 to become a "preferred customer" and you'll make it back within the year. Top notch lubrication.

It's the BEST you can put in your car!

I am using 0W20. I will be switching to the Amsoil filter next change. I also leave it in for 10K miles

I rarely see it in stores other than performance shops. Order online www.amsoil.com

It's like any other boutique oil. Regular auto parts stores and walmart aren't going to have it.

I've been using it for over a year now. I use 5W20 and my change interval is around 8 - 10K miles. I also changed out my rear dif and trans fluid with Amsoil and it def made things a bit quieter. Less whine from the T5 in my 6'er.

I use Royal Purple products in my transmission and rear differential. I love their gear oils but hear mixed reviews on RP motor oil when going to extended intervals like 10k miles. If you change at 5k miles I don't think it matters...
