Default Engine swaps?

I like the new mustangs but the GT only puts down 300hp I dont know if I can afford the shelby GT500

Can anyone point me in the direction of an engine swap that puts down more HP naturally aspirated that i could SC or would that not be a good idea?

Just looking for thoughts and oppinions

Just supercharge what you got. 450 rwhp is easy to get which is similar to what the GT500 gets.

Whipple, Saleen, Roush, Paxton, etc...

this is not that uncommon.....i have seen 2 gt's with a gt500 5.4 motor that was dropped in......and a new tranny..... both of them found the motors in a junk yard...totaled gt500's .......each paid 8k for the motors

Didn't really think it was uncommon...just a little expensive. But if you've got the money, go for it.
