Default Wow what a difference!

Okay so today i put sound deadening in the passenger door, and the vibration in the door is completely gone. It definitely took some time, but it was well worth it! Tomorrow i will be finishing the drivers side and i cant wait.

One thing that still raddles is the side view mirror though....Does anyone have a solution for this? when i hold the actually mirror or put my finger on it the raddling stops, hopefully someone can help me out with this last problem

thanks guys!

What brand did you use? Dynamat is probably the most popular (Not to mention EXPENSIVE) brand out there and I know several other members have used others such as Second Skin. Was it pretty easy?

i used R-Blox, and it was pretty simple. It just takes time to put the sound deadening in, i mean you can slap it on there quick, but its always good to do it right the FIRST time. I made sure to put about 2-3 layers of it behind the sub in the door just to be safe.

and Dynamat is really overrated, your really only paying for the name on the sheets....most of the other brands are just as good if not better to be honest

I'm only concerned for the trunk, the doors dont rattle. The Infinity Kappas in the rear deck and 2 10" Kicker Comps in the trunk make all the noise LOL. If the doors rattle then, it shouldnt be too hard to tackle. Ive thought about using this, I saw it on eBay and it looks legit.

yeah its all the same stuff. my buddy has 2 12s in the back of his evo and probly about 50 pounds of that fat mat in his trunk and trunk lid, and the **** STILL raddles and vibrates like a bitch haha. sound deadening only does so much, 2 12's is just a little to much vibration to deaden i suppose lol.
