Default Spin Out...Wet Road

Last night when I was driving home I was turning right onto a little road, and I downshifted into second. Not sure how fast I was going, but it was pretty damn slow. My cars *** end started sliding, and and tried to correct, but with the really wet road, the car end up doing a full 360 and shut off. I had to try and start it 3 times before it started, and this morning I went to move it for my brother and I had to try twice. I didn't hit anything. Actually kind of glad I'm a good drive or it could have been bad news. Any ideas about what might be wrong if anything?

Shot in the dark really but maybe air in the fuel line. The spin could have spun fuel in the tank around to the point where the pump was gulping air for a millisecond. If that was the case hook a jumpstart car up to it and let your fuel pump work for awhile before each attempt at starting. Failing that, read responses from people that are more knowledgeble about your car :# Sorry I couldn't be more help...

How much fuel did you have in your saddle bag tank?
Below a 1/4 of a tank?
Its not a return fuel system so any air that gets into
the line coming forward has to be purged out at the injectors.
The GT500s owners manual warn about doing 500HP launches
and high speed G producing turns with less that a certain
amount of fuel to prevent fuel starvation. Thats the downfall
of a return-less fuel system.
Any air that gets introduced at the fuel pickup has to work
its way to the injectors to get out of the system as where a
full return system returns the air to the tank where it started from.
Start her up and idle her in park for a long enough time to purge all
the air out of the fuel system???

I had traction control on the other day. It had just started raining. I gave it just a bit of gas in 1st going around a corner (maybe 5mph). It started to slide. I gave it just a bit more, for a bit more slide, for the heck of it, and spun all the way around too. Traction control only helps in severe cases of traction lost, particularly when taking off.
