paint won't scratch off that easy. Had PLENTY of prep work, primer, thick coats of red and a really nice THICK coat of clear.. small scratches are easy to buff out. I'll take more pics soon of the whole car as it's going through a phase right now.
And I'll use a good camera, not my cell phone.. but that console is shinier than the car itself lol

 

I like it dude! I know how it is to have half of the mods you want done...and having the car in a constant state of mod...so I completely understand! Think you would want to paint my console (or a console if I get one from a junkyard) gloss black for me? The job you did on the paint looks outstanding!

Thx guys. I'll post more pics soon. Once I get all the parts put on and everything is done I'll do a photoshoot with her and all the mods i did and post them. I'll also post how to's on few things so that whoever wants to do it can do it.
Snicksrolos I could paint it, problem is I'm moving to another state soon after the holidays and won't be able to do much of anything for a while.
I have to go recruit some ppl in the military heh..

I will however PM you if you want with detailed instructions on how to do it. Belive me it's pretty easy and when you do it yourself, you take just that much more pride in it.

I saw a bunch of people didn't like the console because it looks ghetto or ricey..
I know right now it sticks out a bit. Once I get the seats re-leathered it will be a totally diff. story as it will blend in.

Once I get the MGW installed I'll change the shifter boot to a 4 panel 2 tone boot and add a cup holder bezel.

Interior is pretty much done ( cept seats ) right now I'm spending alot of time on the exterior and engine compartment. Anyways stay tuned for that. I'll post a thread here in about 2 weeks.
