This guys a dumbass. He keeps talking how his 04' 1.8 turbo Audi TT will run with my stang. His car is completely stock except for open downpipe. He is starting to **** me off talking all this sh*t about how his car is far better on the strip/road ect. I know he would probably beat me in the twisties but I would rape him in the 1/4. I cant even find a vid on the tube of a stock 1.8 racing anything. We cant race til spring.....strips closed and its snowing. How much do you think I will beat him by? What do those things run....high 14's!?

 

iirc the 04s only have around 240hp ? You should be all over him i'd think

 

I think the 1.8 is at ~200, the 2.3 is 225

 

yah sounds about right. those cars arent as light as one mite think either

 

I just checked and it said the 1.8 is rated at 180

 

yeah my stang with spare tire, full stock trim is 3600 lbs with me in it

 

I have a customer with the same car...
In stock condition, it really sucks, sorry.
I couldn't believe it when I drove it.
A V6 Mustang will run with it.

Actually, I was talking about the A4 Turbo. I misread.
I know nothing about the TT performance.
