Thanks guys! To mygt500, yea man the install was cake, took about a half an hour for me and my buddy and we were trying to make it as clean as possible keeping everything nice and hidden... This the only other front shot I have so far....


I'll try to get more with a better camera sometime soon. If you're thinking of getting HID's do it! You wont regret it.... 5SPD07, now I just need to buy my shelby grille and we're gonna be clones in the front lol.... I've had the same idea you did for a long time, just didn't have the funds to do it Can't wait!

if you tint the headlights and then put HID's in will u notice a diff in lighting from tinted HID to non tinted HID??

 

I'm gonna be testing that soon Gonna put my covers on and see how it looks.

 

please let me know because this is the only thing stopping me from tinting my headlights.. i dont want it to effect the brightness to where its notieable

 

my headlights are tinted and my hids blast through it like nothing. seems to have no affect and if any its minimum

 

Derek it looks great i too run 6k in my headlight and 3k in my others but if you want to really clean the setup take off the bumper cover and mount the ballast on the frame rails thats what i did and its super clean that way.

 

Do these kist come in dual beams on retro-solutions.com?? i was looking at the oens on stangmods.com and im going toi get the 8000k kit but i want the dual beams because I use my high beams alot.

how is the 55 watt HID kit??
