I am not sure if anyone has ever put one of these up in the forums, but lets build one!

So i've been a member for a while now, and this is a great resource for a lot of things. All the youtube links helped me pick my exhaust, pics helped me figure out the styling of my car, and i am piecing together a great suspension system.

With all of this talk about mods, i havent seen too much about the maintenance end of it. Most of us are probably DYI'ers and I am trying to avoid going to the dealerships for all my service needs. I have downloaded the maintenance schedule from ford's website, but it isnt specific enough for me. I forgot where i heard this but, "If you're gonna drive your car like a race car you had better maintain it like a race car". I want to do that!

Can someone, who is a tech or knows what they are doing piece together a 100k or 200k Schedule for maintenance. Things i havent seen much are, when to check the clutch for proper operation or when it might need to be replaced.

What needs to be lubricated every 5k miles? suspension? What kind of lubrication to use?

Clutch: This is my first manual, how do i maintain the tranny and clutch? When do i adjust it? How do i adjust it?

Intake: How often should we clean the MAF sensor? what should we use to clean it?

Are there any secrets or tricks anyone knows to help their car last as long as possible?
