Default Drivetrain loss

What percentage drivetrain loss is there on a dyno? Say I'm putting down 337whp on a mustang dyno with 20'' rims/tires, lightweight aluminum driveshaft, 4.10 gears, TR3650 trans, etc.

Do the 20'' wheels come into play? How about the lighter weight driveshaft? Gearing? I've heard the heavier wheels/tires can kill 8-10whp. Trying to get a somewhat accurate bhp number and wondering what factors come into play when calculating drivetrain loss...

The difference between the crank and the RW's is a conglomeration of losses totaling roughly 12-15% of the crank value. We know we can shave a little here and there but I haven't seen numbers for various individual changes between the crank and the wheels.
