check the MAF, make sure it's pointed
in the right direction.....check the air
intake for leaks......make sure the hose
from the passenger side cam cover is
hooked up to the intake......

Did you unhook the battery to reset the
PCMs adaptive learning as well when
you reloaded the stock tune?

My CEL has been on for over 2 years now lol. Ever since I put my longtubes on my tuner has not been able to get the O2 sensor settings right. I have to reload the tune before every annual inspection just to shut the light off in order to pass. After a short while it comes right back on again. In my case it has to do with the O2 sensors not coming on in time.
Nothing to do with your situation but my point is it's not the end of the world and may likely be emissions related.

Mine started coming on after I did my last set of mods. It was throwing a couple of codes p0171 / p0174 which are lean banks 1 / 2. I tried to clean the MAF and see if there were any leaks around the MAF and CAI. Mine was not running right as well it was cutting out and I finally decided that it may be a fuel issue. I installed a highflow fuel filter from Steeda and it runs perfect no issues at all and no more CEL. So I found out it could be almost anything, it may have been a bad filter, it could be my fuel pump is going bad or maybe I just need a fuel pump upgrade.. Just Thankful it is running right now..

All great info but have the error code checked and if the car runs fine with the engine light on don't worry and put a piece of black tape over it if it bothers you so much.....JMO
