dunno what it si since I don't own an 05 but I want to say it is the anti-theft stuff.

 

It is for the stripe rollup option.

I bet it is for those lights they added on the back of your car.

This site is full of comedians - ok....thanks for letting me know its to roll the stripes up (my fav!) or the eject button but I seriously have no frigging idea what this thing does!

Are you sure its not stock? There are a few things changed for the 'SVA' test when you import a car into the UK but thats lights getting changed to Europeans standards, blah, blah - I am sure it doesnt consist of putting in extra switches, hehe!!!

Any ideas let me know all...

Since you are in the UK I bet it's for the rear fog lamps.
