Default Tillman or Evolution Performance

I'm on the verge of ordering a set of FRPP 4:10 gears. If any of you in the Philadelphia are have any experience w/ Tillman or Evolution installing a set please chim in an post your opinions. I've heard some shops don't promise a "no whine" install, Tillman and Evo both have a good reputation, but I would like to hear it from the horses mouth, so to speak.

Ask each shop if they will guarantee "no whine" and see what they say.

i've heard good things about Evolution performance in Aston, PA. they advertise guaranteed whine-free gear installs on their website, too.
