Radar Detector

I have the escort 9500i which replaced my 8500i. The 9500i is awesome because it has the gps built in so you can lock out false alarms. It costs $450 bucks, but IMO, its worth it because my insurance will go crazy if I get a ticket. The Valentine one radar detectors are nice because of the arrows, but after a few months of the 9500i, I can tell which direction the cop is coming by the rate at which i recieve the signal.

We are running a special with a free Invisicord and SCP Mount if you purchase any of our Escort Radar Detectors through the end of the year.
If the Invisicord works with your mirror, this is a great deal and will give you a clean install!

I got a beltronics 995. I got it real, real cheap when I worked at circuit city. They retail for $300. You could buy the 965 for $250 with a few less features. Beltronics has the best filtration system on the market so in not annoying like other radar detectors. I also have the mute button right by my steering wheel. I would have most definitely bought it for full price. Worth every penny, pays for itself. Invest the money now toward the radar detector than later for speeding tickets. Escort is the same brand both made my passport.

You get what you pay for. Anything under $150 -$200 is garbage and if you don't buy a Bel, Valentine or Escort you're getting crap (not to be confused with the Crapra which = Cobra).
Check out this site and do some research:

And remember that a radar detector is just a tool. Used with common sense and a keen eye, you'll save your azz over and over.
