Default eleanor creation

i am recreating the eleanor, 67 gt 500, for my 2006 gt. i already have the hood, spoiler, 1/4 window, side scoop, front bumper with relocated fog's in the next couple months. this is more of a poll like question, but i am wondering if anyone would disagree with me not going with the hood pins and why. i am not 100% on not going with the hood pins and would like anyone's input on to go with them, or not, and why. thanks. oh the only thing different between mine and the cervinis is i will not use side exhaust i love the rear exhaust far to much to copy the side exhaust, and it will keep my a little different from the rest

do it!!! they look cool, and didnt the original gt350's and gt500's come with them? research it and find out, if they did, do it because if your trying to recreate it then every similarity counts.

+1 I'd opt for the hood pins, but seeing the car first would be ideal

If anything the pins may have been an option and I voted against the pins....either way JMO and its your car so your choice.

EDIT....looks like hood pins are on the KR versions and I cant find anything that says they were required or from the factory that way (left Carroll Shelby's shop that way). JMO

I say give it a shot with some appearance hood pins. Leave them on for a while and if you like it, get the real ones
