My dad loves the Corsas but he came across these on AA:

he was swung by the price and the good reviews, now i know obviously Corsas are amazing but what do you think of the violators?

I have not heard the violators so I can't speak for or against them but I do have the Pypes Mid-muffler and love the sound of it.

I heard them in person and like them alot. It was on on cruise and everyone seemed to like them in general. They are cheap and loud for just an axle back. I think they drone so it's 1 side vs the other----Loud/drone vs. Reserved/no drone

I have them and they sound great. They do have some drone but not anything terrible.

i love mine. exactly the sound i was looking for. i watched countless "exhaust videos" trying to make up my mind and i'm glad i got the violators. and its a big plus that they are inexpensive compared to other axle back set-ups.

i have mine paired with a magnaflow catted x-pipe now. i didnt plan on doing that but i like it better with the x-pipe. i loved them with the stock "H" but i got a smokin deal on the magnaflow piece and couldnt pass it up.

I have the violators - IMO and most everyone who hears them, they sound awesome. At idle they aren't too loud, but when you put your foot in it, lets just say everyone will know you are a muscle car. Over time the sound has just gotten better as they burned out a bit. My car is a 5spd, the only drone I experience is in the 1800-2000 RPM range. Since the 5spd is rarely in this range, its not a problem. Those with Autos may have a different opinion. The only thing I can say negative about them is the quality of stainless is not so good and they have rusted a bit over time.

I have the Violators. I'll agree with Argonaut...not too loud at idle, but at WOT they sound absolutely awesome! It definitely grabs peoples attention at the track now....simply screams down the straights! The only complaint I have is I have to polish the tips every time I wash the car. The stainless doesn't stay shiny very long. The sound did improve over time and (IMO) is not bad inside the car. After all it is a Mustang. Shouldn't you hear it inside?
