By the way how do you like your pypes a/bs? I've been considering them or the mid pipe kit, but the price on the a/b is just unbeatable.

I LOVE the pypes A/B. I always get compliments on them. They have more of a raspy tone at WOT. THey make a very deep sound. The tips have also held up for about a year now. I figured for the price they would rust after a while but nothing so far.

The mid mufflers was the way I was leaning b/c they seem to have the closest to the 2-v signature sound. That sound that you don't even have to look to know it's a mustang. BTW I'm duel purpose, I've just been driving a big red lately. I sling stretchers on O/T to be able to afford mods for the stang.

UPDATE...changed my driver side phaser, fairly straight forward. Make sure you put the motor at top dead center or the cam will turn and you'll be grabing it with vice grips to line it back up, like I did. Was able to borrow the dealerships wedge and made myself a template so I can build one out of hardwood. But guess what...The other one is bad too. The driver side was definately worse but the passenger side is bad also. What wonderful luck I have. The driver side was beginning to "waller" out the keyway hole in the cam. Glad I changed it, but dammit why me.

The phaser kit was orginally 235 but I managed to talk them down to 199+tax. Give me a day or two to get back to you with a scan, I need to clean it up and I'll have to go to my in-laws to use their scanner. I wish I had AutoCad or solid edge I'd just draw it out for you. I think it shouldn't be hard to build, it looks homemade anyway.

This guys phaser went south within 40 miles of a new cam install. Actually cracked the keyway hole! (see pics in this thread). It seems to be a poorly designed component that is failing on many (even stock) cars.
