Default My GT is getting a parachute!!

Well it was suppose to be a gag gift when they got it a couple months back. Turns out the car needs one now! LOL

I was wondering why the shop was dragging their feet on ordering my chute. Figured it out when I opened it up Christmas day!

So we started building some custom pieces today.

Current tags and inspection!! Drove it all weekend about 3 weeks ago....last time it was decent out. Full interior, and all the options!! Heck, that's why it has a racing weight of 4050 lbs. with driver!! LOL The car even has a toll tag so I can cruise the beltway!

(I did swap the seats recently for some light weight racing seats)

We're doing a little something trick with the install so the chute is removable.

It's just a requirement when you go over 150 mph in the quarter. I really don't need the chute the stock brakes do just fine!

It will be activated by a cable on the side of the console most likely.....still working on that!
