I just installed my HID's last night and the passenger is very slightly off and you really dont notice it but i do when u look at it long enough.. im at work can someone send me the online manual??

If the front and the rear are not lowered equally, yes. It's simple enough to check, so don't go only on the advertised amounts of 'drop'.
Note - lowering the rear by more than the front tends to make your lights more annoying to oncoming drivers. If the front drops more than the rear, there isn't as much useful light working for you.

Its real simple, but make sure you pull up next to a wall on level ground. Use on of your stock cars and mark where the normal light path should be and match yours up to your markings via turning a screw left or right as per the instructions.

Perhaps a simpler way is to drive up close to the wall with your lights on low beam and your fog lights off (if you have them). Note where the beam cutoff is, and then slowly back up. If the cutoff drops just a little lower on the wall as you back up, you're good to go. If it rises, you need to lower the aim. If it drops a lot (several inches while backing up 20 feet or less), it can come up some.
