Default Different tires, front/rear?

Will i run into any problems running different tires in the front than the rear? I have 255/40/18 bfg kdw's up front and 295/35/18 bfg comp t/a's in the rear waiting to be mounted/balanced. Just making sure it would work. Thanks guys & happy (late) new years!

Other than not being able to rotate front to rear, you'll be fine. Since you have a tuner, you can adjust your speedometer for the new rear tire revs/mile. Also, you didn't mention what rims you're puting the 295's on so I'll assume they're NOT the stock 18 x 8.5's. The 8.5" rims have a recommended max of 255's.

Personally, I don't care for the smaller sidewall but it may not be an issue depending on how you're running them.

Theyre going on staggered 18" black chrome fr500s. I understand i won't be able to rotate them. Thanks for the reply bud. I'll post pictures once its all set&done and you can post your HONEST opinions on the sidewall then

Got tired of how much they slowed me down, and they are way too common, they do look f'ing good though.

I am sure they are big but never really looked at them super close or got a shot from the rear showing the tires. I got rid of my 20s because I want to get some good tires for doing autocross and some track days. The 20s looked good but are piled in the corner of my garage. I need to sell them to buy another set of 18s.

Heres pics with the 20" bling and the 18" track version.
