Yeah I just got done yesterday with an 10 hour detail job on the stang and the wind blew off about an 8 foot branch that landed 2 feet away from my stang. I would have been so pissed off if my car would have gotten scratched. Thank god you didnt park 10 feet further back.

Yeah no kidding. Normally, I just pull straight in because my sister's car is where mine was. When I got back, she had taken my spot in the garage. I got pissed and hid my garage door opener so that when she left she couldn't close the garage. If she had parked outside, I would have pulled straight in and the tree would have come down on top of it, like straight down the middle. I wouldn't have pulled into the garage because my mom was going somewhere so she needed to get out...

I guess things happen for a reason...

The wind was insane though wasn't it? When the tree fell, The whole house swayed with the wind. A completely brick house, mind you, you can see it in the pics. It was insane.

I need to do a 10 hour detail job so I can get my car ready to sell...

I just washed it and it's been raining for like 3 days straight. And then this happens and slings dirt and sappy stuff on the back of the car.

I just have to keep in mind how much worse it could be right now...

Man, the more I look at that the luckier I feel.

In the original pics of the tree, the area just to the left of the trunk of the tree (between the car and the trunk) is where my car always is (when it's not in the garage).

I mean, the trunk would have crushed the drivers side and the passenger side would have taken all those branches...talk about totalled...

I park my 4 runner in a strategic part of the driveway where I hope a tree will fall on it and crush it so I can get something else. Instead I come home to find 2 damn trees on my fence and nowhere near the 4 runner!
