the guide is for installing leather seats, but it walks you through removal.

Only 4 bolts and a wire harness connection hold the seat to the floorboard. Hopefully your new seats are already bolted to the rails, cuz if their not, it's going to be a PITA and your hands will get sliced up. I took out my passenger seat to make it sit a little higher. I was able to get to the front bolts and add some spacers (between the seat and rail)...but the rears, forget about it. I ended up just adding a spacer to where is bolts to the floor.

I'm sure it would've been alot easier if I removed the seat covers and padding...just didn't feel comfortable doing that though.

yep, 4 bolts and some electrical plugs. Very simple
