Default Super Snake??

Does anyone know where the closest authorized location is that will convert a Shelby to an SS?

Will this conversion void its warranty?

And most importantly, would it be worth it?

The only place is at the Shelby Facilities in Las Vagas, NV. The 600 hp Super Snake does not void the factory warranty, but the 725 hp Super Snake upgrade does void it.

I would rather buy a brand new GT500 for $40k and have the Super Snake conversion done at Shelby for $25k than buy a $100k + GT500KR!

Not true, there are 2 other locations that this conversion can be done at. The site i listed above and Tasca Ford in Rhode Island i think.

No warranty from Ford if you go for the 725 hp version, Las Vegas will do it, a friend of mine converted to the 725 horse version last summer, cost was $25,000.00 I think

A friend of mine had his converted at Tasca Ford. He went with the 725 hp version. It's real sweet.
