Default Used GTs?

Due to my lack of Money, I won't be buying a brand new GT but i was wondering if anyone thinks some might be available for around $18,000 in January of 2006. If not $18,000 how much do you think they would be going for (with no more than 40,000 miles)?

Thanks in advance.

I just sold a nice '03 GT w/28k miles for $17,500. A clean, low mileage '05 is going to be considerably more...

I doubt you'll see GT's for $18K (except damaged ones on e-Bay). The actually prices will depend on how it's equipped. There is probably a 4K to 5K difference in the MSRP of a new one depending on whether is is a base unit or a fully loaded Premium GT.

Well, since this is the 2005 Mustang board, i have to assume you're talking about the '05 GT.
I tried the Kelly Blue Book price but none exists so far!
I would expect that you could maybe take 15% off the sales price. If I had to sell my loaded Premium GT next year, even with 12,000 miles on it I would expect to be able to get a premium... maybe $27,000? This has to do solely with the fact that the GT is in such high demand.
If you only have $18,000 instead of putting down on a USED GT why not put it into a new one?
I've noticed older GTs, ie. 03- 04s, going for well above $24,000 in the greater L.A. area
