Default Is there a fuse that controls the a/c and heater controls??

I had to take out the radio again to add to the sound system.... Disconnected the battery and everything... But when I reconnected everything the climate controls do not light up or work at all... I tried checking all the fuses, but they all looked fine. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

It sounds like you inadvertently unplugged you climate control module when you had your radio removed. The plug is just below you radio. I would remove the radio again and check the connections at the C/C module.

Thanks Hammeron, I'll triple check those two in the morning...

And Michelle Cole, thanks but I checked those connections first thing. Both are plugged in correctly...

If you have spare fuses, try replacing the ones in question. There have been reports of fuses that look okay, but have intermittent internal connections.

I checked and replaced the fuses.... Still nothing... I guess I should try replacing the whole cc module...?

This thread is 5 years old and a different situation. A new thread would be appropriate.

Did you get your climate control situation fixed? I'm having the same problem. I know this is a old thread

Anyone figure out the fix for this issue? The heater in my 2014 Mustang comes on by itself full blast on the windshield and I can't turn it off or adjust any settings. None of the buttons on the radio/climate control console light up or do anything when pressed. At least I can adjust the radio via the steering wheel controls but no luck with climate control.
