My painted stripes cost me $1,200. I went to a top body shop in my area and the guy did a awesome job. No seams, smooth as glass.

 

 

two parallel 10" vinyl stripes on hood/roof/trunk $150

about a 95% perfect job (some minor flaws on close inspection)

making the stripes work on the bumper is pretty tricky i think. i may have another shop add those, but so far happy with what i've got

 

I talked to the guy again today. He said just to stripe the hood, roof and trunk would be $400. My conclusion...dudes smok'n crack !

There is only one place locally that does it locally....... I'm not sure he'll be happy if I come in w/ a pre-cut kit. He will probablly qoute me another outragous price.

 

After what I have been told and also seen (from guys trying it themselves) I would NOT try it yourself......for instance what kinda measuring tools do you have, ie - laser measurements, etc to make it perfectly precise......

I am cool with paying a little more money for an awesome job but as I said the $600 is a little steep even if he is a 'genius striper'....

Do your stripes go under your wing in the back? I don't seem to see them on the wing in your sig photo. Nice looking vert by the way.
