I think your car looks good the way it is, the wheels really stand out especially whit a blue car,...,IMO blacked out rims give a stealthy look ..if that's what you're after than go for it!
Since you asked here is what they would look like. IMO if you want to go black I would go with a black center and a polished lip or just go all chrome which will look the best against your blue.
