you've got 17s or 18s? the bf goodrich kdw2's are fantastic tires with great grip.

i'm at 15k miles on my stock 17s with the p-zeros and they're toast haha.

+1, but I run my stock KDWS in the winter It's nice having two sets of shoes though.

I'm sick of looking at tire reviews. I'm still hoping for something wider for the stock rims, but the options in 255 are slim. I'm leaning towards these as my next tire, but at $177 each, I will probably buy 2 and try them on the back first. I need more grip!

Drag radials put me in a ditch, so not even a consideration.

Speaking of getting put in a ditch. Just this morning my KDW2's just slid out from under me...hit a curb and cracked my rim. They are no good in temps below 40. I should've known better..but it was a beautiful day out. I'll be going with the BFG g-force SS A/S next.

Those BFG SS tires are sweet. My neighbor has a set on his V-6 Pony and he tells me they do pretty good on snow packed and icy roads.

I have a light foot if there is a curb in sight.

I'm on my 3rd set of rims due to curb damage. The 20's I just sold had curb rash on 3 of them and a bent section. They still sold for $600 . My latest rims lasted a week until I noticed some rash and then an (obviously) drunk chick near University of Texas last sat night ran me off the road into a curb. Took a bit of my DR sidewall but the rim survived. I will never pay more than $250 for a rim, they just don't survive unless you have a show car.

My BFG KDW-2's on the 20's went 30k miles with tread left and the guy I sold them to is still using them. Great tires. I would buy them again.

I'm now running sumitomo HTRZ III's up front and liked the BFG's better. The sumitomo's have no rim protector strip and the BFG's seemed to handle better. Get what you pay for I guess...
