Unhappy CLUTCH HELP.

Driving along today, when I start off from dead stop, it feels like the clutch slips a little before grabbing hold. Any ideas if these clutches can be adjusted? Has anybody else had this issue?????

Our clutches are built to handle quite a bit of power above stock so it shouldn't be slipping. I haven't had issues but considering your car has low mileage (i'm assuming) take it in to your dealer and ask about it. If the dealer has an integrity he won't charge for the inspection or to repair it should there be something wrong this early in the life of the vehicle.

I am pretty sure the way to check for a slipping clutch is to at idle put it in 4rth and let the clutch out. The car should die immediately. If it doesnt then you have a slipping clutch.

Pretty sure that is what my grandfather told me years ago.

i had heard this was one way to test for
a slipping clutch, but to be honest i
wasn't sure how the physics worked.

well after thinking about it, i now see
why it works.

thanks guru, you've helped to shed some
light, on something that had eluded me.
