Appears to simply slide over existing antenna - looks to be checkered flag with Ford logo. I have only seen pictures of these antenna flags. Anyone know where one could purchase one of these?

we put those on cars in the lot at the dealership i used to work at. i was going to ask if i could have one before i left, but never got around to it. i would ask the local dealership if they had any or knew where to get them
