Evening everyone, so my check engine light came on on my way home from work, i checked the code with my livewire and got P0446, which is Evaporative Emission(EVAP) control system, canister vent soliniod or control circuit malfunction. I know where this is and how to replace it my question is can i replace just the vent soliniod or do i have to replace the whole thing. Also i've heard i cant even get this part without having a dealership test it and get the part, is this true? I know this is long but i would greatly appreciate any help.

Buy the way anyone interested in buy a SCT Livewire, nothing wrong with it, i just intend on buying one of the new touchscreen ones from a friend of mine. I was looking for $450, considering a new one is over $100 more and this'll do the same thing it was just plugged in my car for a little while.
