I just finished putting on the front bumper and duals. My car is completely stock except for sequential tails, shorty antenna, and it has an xpipe. I have an automatic tranny and the stock 7.5 rear end.

1. I was really considering saving up for the x-charger HI-PO w/ IC and tune, but I'm probably gona have to upgrade the rear end first, right?

2. I thought of putting wheels on my car (16" BAD) and going with 18" Shelby Redlines.

3. I was always thinking of putting in a Kenwood touch screen, 3-ways, and subs, but the cost is outrageous. The head unit i would buy is 1600 and the 3-ways are 350 and the subs are 600!

4. Something else I havn't thought of, mabey?

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?! so many choices. All of these options are going to run me over 2 grand., but while im saving up, i can always fit in little things here and there. ANY INPUT IS APPRECIATED. Current pic:

some black wheels would really set of the look of ur ride, but id go 20s in the redlines

but on the other hand....the numbers the X is putting out with the IC sound sooooooooo delicious! lol

Before you consider the X, I would...

1. CAI/Tune (to hold you off until you get cash for an X)
2. Get an 8.8 rear with some gears
3. Get some rims
4. Rear bumper? I think you need a new one, GT/CS maybe?

 

About your gear set-up;
Did u buy your 8.8 from new take off?
How much worse is the gas mileage, if any, with the 3.73s?

 

wheels! 20s for sure

 

i would do 20s but i heard ride quality went down the drain!
