Adjusting an X3 yourself?
So the car still has a sputter. Still waiting on a 100% resolution with VMP. It rarely sputters however I dont want it to at all. I got this email from justin and I was wondering if anyone is experienced enough with the xcal 3 to help me adjust it myself. He sent me this tune with the email and my car started to work alot better, so I think its the cold spark retard?
Maybe I can email the tune file to someone who knows about this?

Attached is an adjusted tune to try. I first want to try adjusting the cold start spark retard. None of the idle speed adders for startup were adjusted in the tune. I may also adjust the airflow multiplier if this tune does not fix your issue.
Thanks,
Justin

When uploading the tune, select the tune you want to upload, and then after than it'll ask you if you want Default Settings or to change settings. Scroll and choose to change the settings, and then there will be a list of stuff you can change. Scroll through the list by using the right/left keys on the XCal and change the settings with up and down I believe.
I'm sure Justin will get everything worked out with you. I have a tune from him for the mods in my sig and I dynoed at 303rwhp and 321rwtq with a steady 13:1 AF . I love his tune, no issues with it at all.
